Absolute rotary encoders  identify every point in a  movement through a  unique digital signal. The Cable Pull Adaptor SG is a heavy duty linear to rotary motion converter for rotary encoders. These adaptors are used in a wide variety of position sensing applications for the measuring of distances with a rotary encoder. Mechanical features include an Aluminum housing, a non-rusting steel cable, and a double bearing cable drum with perimeter 200 mm. Measuring features include a resolution of 0.05% of the total range, a maximum linear velocity of 3 m/s, and a spring return power of 4 to 10 N.
