Z-200 : Rule

Stainless steel perforated rule  for Z-201 detector head. Manufacturing accuracy is 0,1 mm/m. It is delivered without measurement protocol. Rule is available in lengths up to 250 m. Large perforations enable system to perform satisfactorily in most industrial environments, however, before using in extremely dusty or fibrous atmospheres such as in wood industry, please consider our cleaning accessories below..

The Z-201 A -0 detector head is shown here with optionnal connector Z-214 (not delivered as standard). Pre-soldered cables are available in 2 / 5 or 
10 m lengh, with one or two connectors. Z-214 connectors are equally sold separately.

Z-201 S -0 : Detector head with symmetrical outputs

The Z-201 S detector has symmetrical outputs equivalent to Z-301 S, but with resolution of 1 mm. It is destined to be connected to SPS accepting symmetrical inputs or to be incorporated into systems using very long lines in an electrically noisy environnment. For that purpose our interface Z-306 may be used at line end to convert symmetrical signals into assymetrical ones. Detector is delivered with a 2 m cable and naked wires at outside end. It can also be delivered with mounted Z-314M connector.

Z-EXTAC -2 / -5 / -10 : 

Cable to be connected on one end to Z-201 A or Z-301 AAS detectors and fitted with a Z-214M connector on other end, matching Z-211A-ENC or prolungator cable. It is available in 2 / 5 / or 10 m lenghts.
 
 
 

Z-204-211 : Counter connection

Connecting cable for Z-211 counter, lenght 30 cm, fitted at one end with Z-214F connector and with prepared free wires at other end. (May be used for other types of counters as well). 
 
 
 
 

Z-205 : Cleaning accessory  for Z-200 or Z-300 rules

Aluminium body with rubber wiping ribbons. To be screwed using provided four screws at back of detctor head. Four additionnal holes are made for fixation of  set against a wall. 
 
 
 
 

Z-208 : Fixing plate

Detector heads can be mounted in two different ways : 
- from behind with the four original screws whichcan hold 5 mm  wall thickness. 
- from the front : unscrew the 4 screws behind the detector head and use them to mount fixing plate with corresponding holes inside plastic housing. 

Important : never attempt to separate metal plate of detector head from housing. This would damage detector as this plate serves as a heatsink and is glued to be water-tight. 

Z-209 : Tape guides for detector head

Z-210B : L.C.D. 8 digits mini counter 

Miniature bidirectionnal LCD counter with LED backlighting.  It has to be powered externally. To be used for local visualizations (without preselection of values). 
Main characteristics : 

Showing excellent price/quality ratio, this counter is perfectly adapted for our Z-201 A and Z-301 AAS heads. Powering for detectors is included. Its LED display is clearly readable especially  in poorly illuminated environments. It includes programmable scale factor and preselection of values, coupled with an optionnal relay output. 

Main characteristics : 

Box in  black-epoxy coated aluminium, ext. size 156 x 105 x 210 mm, pre-wired with fuse, switch and counter Z-211 A. This set is particularly suitable for workshops where no electrician is present, as all connections are prepared and all job consists in plugging detector and wiring a convenient mains plug according to local requirements. 
 

Z-211 B : Counter with digital output

Similar to Z-211 A counter, this model includes a 20 mA digital current loop to interconnect to a printer or other external devices. Remote reading and programming are possible (Ask for detailed datasheet).

Z-216 : Pneumatic cleaner 

This set is used in particularly dusty environments where rule apertures can become obstructed by particles,  Z-216 tape cleaning unit protects detector head and cleans ribbon whilst in use. 
 
 
 
 
 

Z-217 : Wiper cleaner 

Two polyethylene spring mounted wipers ensure rule remains free of debris. Recommended for applications where fibrous particles, greasy and/or larger debris exist.
